Order Tracking

 Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, first check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If a package is lost or delayed beyond 7 business days, contact our support team. We will assist in filing a claim or reship your order (subject to stock availability).

Returns & Exchanges

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a refund at no cost.
